Unsubscribe

Hi, I am an unlimited user but since the last month I've wanted to unsubscribe. I did all the process to cancel my subscription and it seemed it was ok, but on 14/01/2013 I realized that no! My account have still active and I paid 5€. I am very upset and now I can't unsubscribe neither, the page doesn't work at the last step. I want my money back (if it were possible), and I want to unsubcrive now!

 

Please could you do something about?


PD: The reason is because I want to activate a premmium offer and I can't do it with my status until it's end.
