Unsubscribing

Unsubscribing

Logged in to unsubscribe from premium.  I was greeted on the account screen with a message that Spotify doesn't know my account status, doesn't have any payment information on record (even though they withdraw money from my account every month), and have no recollection of my previous payments...and no way to unsubscribe.  This is the only Spotify account I have.

 

Went to the contact page to try and get help, but the form was a joke!  There's no way to send a message!

 

So...please tell me...how am I supposed to unsubscribe?
