Wont let me Log in!

The log in for spotify keeps saying my password is incorrect, ive reset the password and still says the same thing, sent email to sportify support, which i non existent, and get the same run-around, reset your password bs. This is so frustrating.

I am having the exact same problem. It tells me I am supposed to use my facebook credentials, but it still will not let me log in with them.

What error message are you getting?

Well, this is my exact problem. It says "Your username or password is incorrect." and then some line about "See our help center"

I had to build another account (this one) so I can actually use their "help center". I cannot log into the site either.

I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into this for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
