Facebook account split with my premium account

My fb account is not connected to my premium subscription account so I cannot access my music, especailly on offline mode on my phone. Please help!

Unable to stream anything and still being charged!!

I have recently downloaded spotify and have paid the fee but am not able to stream anything unless I upgrade to premium. I have tried that and it won't let me!! Now I have been charged £4.99 twice with no service!! Anyone else had this problem?
