Hey there, we're going to need a bit more info to help out with this. 🙂

What browser are you using? The Spotify web player works on all major up-to-date browsers, e.g. Internet Explorer 10 will work, but IE 6 won't.

Hi Adam I've been trying to sove this problem for 2 hours. Hopefully now I am in touch with you we will get here eventually. One of my problems is that I keep getting lost. if I just keep reloading this apge can we have a conversation.

@andrewmelllett - I'm not overly familiar with Internet Explorer off the top of my head but this guide should help: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/internet-explorer/which-version-am-i-using#ie=ie-10.

Is it a home computer or a work/office one?
