can't upgrade using paypal or card

Hi, I am trying to upgrade to unlimited but it wont do it... If I use paypal it says 

Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data. (which password am I meant to use on the payment page - spotify or paypal?)

It also declines my Visa Debit card

I have had unlimkited before with Paypal

it shows the same to me as Erro 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE)

so basicaly i cant do anything after that, i will try with explorer cause i am using chrome...

Hey guys 🙂

When on the PayPal website, you will need to enter your PayPal password. 

To use PayPal to pay for Spotify, you must have a credit/debit card attached to the PayPal account in order to verify your country which Spotify uses to make sure you are in a region where Spotify is available. 

If you are still having issues, I would suggest you give the Payments FAQs a quick read.

I tried to change my initial credit card to a new credit card and found that i can not change it due to the fact that Spotify wants to verify by charging $0.00 which is against most fraud practices of any credit card company. 

Why do you allow the first initial setup but dont allow a change of a credit card without this?

Frustrated as i listen mostly via my android phone which requires premium i attempted to change my payment type to paypal which is verified by bank account and multiple credit cards which was also declined indicating my account had limitations. 

What is this issue?

The only limitations i am aware of are the $500/month i have on paypal to ensure if a hacker gained control of my account that they would at least be limited to having $500 worth of fun that month 🙂  

Please advise how i may be able to obtain a premium account status again , maybe a free month until you figure it out? 🙂

I cant believe i am having to struggle to obtain a monthly subscription from you !

Hey 🙂 

As an alternative to a rolling subscription if your card/paypal is being declined, you could try purchasing a premium ecard and redeeming it against your own account.

Everytime I try and use paypal to upgrade I recieve this message.

'Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.'

Could anyone help please.
