cant login because of country change and I'm not allowed to change it

hi, i need help and like asap so i can enjoy music again cuz i really like spotify. So I took a visit to New Jersey this summer and there is where I created both my Facebook and Spotify account. After returning to the U.S Virgin Islands Spotify has notice me three weeks after that my ip address or what ever it is does not match the one on my profile and i need to change it. So i went to my profile and apparently it is not allowing me to change the country setting. I would click on change country and it will carry me to FAQ and tell me to change country I must go to my profile so i did and its the same thing over and over again. Plz i would really like some help. I have heard that i can use the contact form, if so can some one plz tell me how to obtain it. and PLZ I BEG U I TRULY WANT TO START LISTENING TO MUSIC AGAIN. I AM DIEING OD BOREDOM. thx u

P.S my friend is in my sister island is also have the same issue ( we both live in the U.S Virgin Islands just different island)
