changing payment method not working. HELP

okay, i got a new visa card and am trying to uPdate my payment, i had premium but since i have a new card, it automatically downgraded me to free because the other card doesnt work. 

in trying to update my card and payment it says the zip code provided doesnt match my country....but i am 400% sure my zip code matches. i know my zip code and i know im in the united states. 

its really pissing me off and i just want to listen to my freakin music.

i dont pay $10.00 a month for nothing.

please help me and fix this.

Ive been trying for an hour and it sends me to a blank page or says wrong zip.

IM SO FRUSTRATED.
