I have a premium account, and you write to me at tolhurst@west.com.au

When I try to login, i'm advised to do so via facebook. When I login via facebook, I have no playlists and no premium account.

Please restore my account, I'd like it independent from facebook please.

Hey 🙂

It looks like when you have got in touch, you did so from the sweedish page on the website, since the language of the reply is dependent of the website language you submit the form on. 

For example, the contact form link is https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/ but you will notice when you click this link, you will be directed to a country page which will have a country code such as /uk/ in the address. In this case, it looks like you might have accidentally ended up on /se/ for sweden. 

You can change the language of the website at any time in the bottom right corner of any page.
