delete extra account

hi,

I bought a used macbook from a friend and opened spotify. spotify asked do I want to log in with my facebook account and I pressed ok. because I have been using spotify that way in my old computer. But when it opened there vere none of my playlists. and when I open my account info overview there is the info of the previous user of this macbook.  t

1. I have no 2 accounts? both created using my facebook account? and the second one does not have my playlists.

2. how do I delete this second account which is connected to this previos user and get back to using my old account??

the old user is [email protected], as u can see in my account info. I am Maria Nevasaari, [email protected]. And i guess u can see who I am in facebook also..
