i got problems

Every time i turn on spotifi, a window shows and in there it says failed to load the required library. after the windows pop up i just click ok and everything is find except the fact that i cant use main, for exemaple when i click whats new, nothings happends, And i cant use apps either, so when i click app finder nothing heppends.

But i can play music, and search for music, and all that kind of stuf, i just want to know whats wrong, Anyone outthere that can help me??

Hello!

Are you running Spotify with a Firewall / proxy server at all? It might be a connection issue. If it's a Firewall ensure that Spotify is added to the exceptions list.
