Seriously, what the **bleep** is wrong with this service?
I was minding my own business, playing some of my music that i paid for and then this piece of crap program just spams me with 'this action is not available in offline mode'
my connection has not gone down at all, i didn't touch a darn thing, the program just stopped working.
I logged out and tried to log back in but it wouldn't let me, i change my password and then try to log back in and it tells me my password is wrong.
why the **bleep** are you still charging for this **bleep** when you can't even get a program to work consistently?
get this sorted for me now
seriously, how hard is it to add an option to go online or at least attempt to go online in the program?
come on, someone sort this **bleep** out, i am paying for this service, although god knows why if the programmers can't get it right.
i can log into the spotify browser version but not through the desktop program, why?
someone look into it, i have had **bleep**ty log-in problems before and don't wanna go through all this again.
don't tell me to re-install, don't talk to me about firewalls, find out the real problem and sort it on your end.
Hey 🙂
Do you normally log in using a dedicated Spotify username or do you use Facebook?

no offence but i don't need other spotify users asking me problem solving questions.
i have gone through all of this crap before when i had my old (facebook) account, one of the reasons i switched to the non-facebook log in account.
if the programmers can't get the facebook log in to work then it's obvious the reason i can't log in is because of their poor programming yet again.
if the program tells me that my username or password is incorrect, but i can log in using the browser then you can see the program is flawed and it needs to be fixed.
this is a service we are paying a lot of money for and we shouldn't have to put up with this **bleep**, £10 a month for a service that kicks me out randomly, have no telephone support and takes forever for people to sort this mess out.
i am not the only one, in this sub-forum alone you can see hundreds of people having problems with similar issues.
i just want someone from spotify dealing with this.
You are in the wrong place then, if you are not looking for any community support 😉
You will need to get in touch with the Spotify technical support team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

why don't you just suggest more stupid ideas?
it's rediculous, of course i have tried those, tried it in the past as well and guess what?
re-installing the program doesn't **bleep**ing do anything, unless you know exactly what resolves the problem by un-installing the program, rebooting the PC then installing a fresh copy you really shouldn't be suggesting that. it's like telling someone to change their tyres on their car to see if that help resolve their problem with the engine, it's not related to the problem.
