Hi spotify!

Dont know what happened, but i suddenly entered spotify on my phone and all my selected/synced playlists says 0 songs. none of them has anything of my stored lists! crisis!

so i wonder what happened. i know i had premium, but when i logged in spotify says i has premium before. the thing is i am supposed to have it now. my account has money so it shouldt be the fact that it hasnt been withdrawn from the account. 

please get back to me on what might be the mistake and how to fix it:)

Hey 🙂 

First thing to check is to make sure your premium subscription is still active, you can easily check that out from your online overview.

If it is on premium, try logging out and back in again on your phone, making sure you are using the correct login details. 

Do you playlists still show on the desktop version?
