i purchased a 3 month ecard for my brother but have not received the code or he hasn't received the ecard.
i've used the contact form and got a completely pointless automated reply telling me to use the help section, it doesnt say anything about the case being looked into. not helpful.
the case number is 00172900
Please advise, where is it as my card has been charged.

I have the same problem. I bought a 6 month plan for my sister, but i accidently put in a wrong email address for them to send it. I did not get a receipt myself, but my card was charged. Two messages to help desk and no answer 😞
