My account wont upgrade despiste having paid over 5 days ago ( and money left account) - its still on spotify free.

Ive resinstalled, restarted, loged in and out multiple times and cant work out why not and cant speak to anyone about it!

Any ideas what I can do?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Are you sure you're logging into the right account? It's very easy to have both a facebook login (fb email) and a Spotify login (username)!
