I'm in a similar boat, trying to get a refund on some gift purchases, and I really want to make sure someone is handling it, because i seems that I'll I'm getting are automated responses. I sent an email to premium@spotify.com with the codes asking for them to be cancelled but have yet to hear back from anyone confirming my money has been refunded. I filled out a contact form with the same info, and I was sent an automated email back telling me to come here and ask. What else do I need to do to make sure my money is refunded? (Still within the first 14 days)

If you submitted a contact form and got an automated email directing you back to the community, just reply directly back to that email and a member of the customer services team will get back to you as soon as possible.

hello spotify , i am posting due to a fee that i was charged thismorning, i thought ifi stopped using spotify it wouldnt charge me.i looked throughout the app to see where i could cancel but i guess didnt do it in time. if i could kindly ask for a refund for now my bankaccount is overdrawn, so please respond ASAP so i dont get charged another $35 unless you're willing to compensate

As this is a billing query, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further. When you signed up to Spotify, you signed up to a rolling monthly subscription, so you will be charged every month. You can cancel at any time from your online account.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
