I have been signed up with spotify for a lot of years but with other e mail adress havent used spotify in a while but still paying the £4.99 cant remember any of my sign in details they send message to change pw but still to old addy

You're paying £4.99 a month for nothing 😛

You will have to use the Support Form to get in touch with the customer services - they will be able to get you into your account 🙂

Hey 🙂 

If you can't use the Spotify contact form that Liam links to above, try using this one which does not require you to sign in first and lets you specify the return email address. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
