spotify premium

I upgraded to premium on my PC. now when I atempt to search and play a track from one of my play lists on my ipad. It still says only premium users can stream on demand.

ok i can t connect to my premium account since 5 days

no response of support since 5 days

 

i think i create a facebook account with my email ********@gmail.com

 

i want to delete my facebook account and loggin with my username : vaisse

i very dissapointed, how is difficult to have answer support

 

 

i pay for premium account since 3 years or more i dont know and since 5 days no response no spotify

 

i hope the problem is resolve quick
