spotify wrong account name..

i just logged in on my spotify en in the top left corner you see what your name is right.. there is a whole other name there then mine.. what does this mean? i dont whant enybody else on my spoftiy account...

I would contact Spotify directly. This can be done from https://www.spotify.com/fi/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact and state clearly what has happened and provide the information needed to fix this issue. Don't post account details here. Hopefully they will fix things swiftly.
