subscription payment failure: payment details updated

hi - my monthly payment for spotify premium was unable to process as i hadn't updated my new card details ...

 

i have since updated my details on the account page, will spotify try and charge me again in a few days? ...

 

thanks to anyone who can help 🙂

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

There are two possibilities here.

1. If your account is still on Spotify premium after you card payment failed, then yes, all you need to do is update your card details and the system will bill you again at a later date. 

2. If your account is now showing as Spotify free again, you will need to set up a new subscription (and possibly cancel the current one). You can do all of this from your online account.

 

To prevent a card payment failure in the future, make sure that your card meets the requirements set out in the payment FAQs.
