I CANNOT UNSUBSCRIBE! THE PAGE DISAPPEARS!  PLEASE HELP BEFORE IM CHARGED AGAIN!

What exactly happens?

Please go to this page and try again: http://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

Tried that page many times - also get the 'oops message'....

 

I subscribed via Virgin Media initially - they say they've unsubscribed me already, but I'm still showing as subscribed!

How long ago @punimitsu ?

 

After a subscription is cancelled, your account will remain on Premium/Unlimited for all of the days you have already paid for, meaning your account could remain on premium/unlimited for up to 30 days after you cancel!

I unsubscribed with Virgin Media more than 6 weeks ago.

 

I waited the 30 days, and have tried to use the Vodafone offer every couple of days since then...

problem is Spotify keeps showing me as subscribed, and won't let me unsubscribe directly on the website.

 

Guess I'm OK as long as VM aren't charging me  😉
