hi im trying to unsubscribe but when i put in my facebook password it says that it is wrong, i have changed my password to see if that works but it still says the same thing can anyone help please.

You might want to try the following -

* Log out of Facebook in your browser, and trying the process again
* Failing that, you could also try using a different browser - Google Chrome, Safari, so on.

You should be able to unsubscribe now.
