Welcome to this month's Ongoing Issues Review where we keep you in the loop about some of the most trending ongoing issues reported here in the Spotify Community. This is where we share updates from behind the scenes and let you know what has been fixed, what we’re tracking, what we need your help with, and where things stand. FIXED
1. Issues with Blends
Users were reporting getting a very low number of songs or not seeing tracks they've listened to, also Blends stopped refreshing. This was reported on September 20th, but quickly fixed.
2. Downtime 30th Sept: Issues accessing 'Manage your subscription' on the account page
A quickly fixed CS incident, all good.
3. Manage your Family plan section empty/blank
Users were having issues because the webpage was not loading correctly. An update with a fix was released and the issue was resolved.
4. Popular songs can't be played on artist profile
Users were unable to play songs from artists' popular songs list on the artist page in the desktop app. All good now.
5. Cannot Remove Playlist from Profile
Users were unable to remove newly-created playlists from their profiles in the Web Player. Fixed!
6. Songs duplicate in the queue when using Shuffle in a Jam
The issue should now be resolved. We've advised users to make sure they're on the newest app version.
7. The Making Progress and Getting Started pop-ups won't go away
This one should also be fixed (temporary hiccup), advised users to update the app.
8. Sleep timer shutting down app
Every time users turned on the sleep timer, Spotify was shutting down. The internal teams investigated and found the root cause. We notified users this is fixed and they might need to log out > back in or perform a reinstall for a resync.
UNDER INVESTIGATION
9. Users on Android devices can't play content in Offline mode
If you're experiencing this issue, make sure to add your vote and let us know whether you're seeing a black screen or an error message saying you're offline.
10. Spotify charts not updating
Our teams are aware of the issue and are actively working to resolve it.
11. Shuffle not working on iOS
This is being looked into and we've requested further details from the users (devices, OS and app-versions, description of the exact issue and also a video).
12. "Your Library" not loading on web player
A new entry from Oct 18th. A fix has been rolled out, but we're still keeping an eye on the thread as no users have confirmed it's working for them.

13. Carplay 26 Spotify widget doesn’t show playing song
We'd like to check if the same happens if/when the user opens the app on their iPhone while playing content from the car’s native Spotify app.

14. PS5 Spotify Audio Stutter/Lag
We've forwarded this to the right team so they can have a closer look. While we can't give users a specific timeframe for if or when this will be fixed, we recommend keeping both the Spotify app and the PlayStation's software up-to-date.
