Adding snippet to Application

Hello, I have to begin by showcasing and expressing my love towards Spotify, by far it is the best music streaming application ever made, We have an application that posts inspirational messages, I was wondering if we can use 30 seconds snippet from Spotify songs, How much would the license to do that costs us?
