What can I do when I try to add a family member to the premium plan and always appears me the message of “There was a problem, please try again later”.

Just to confirm, have you tried following these specific steps?
If so, we suggest that you ask the other users to try to accept the invite from a different device and using a different internet connection to check if that makes the difference.
