Album "Melt" by Rascal Flatts is cropped wrong

"Cropped wrong" meaning each song is missing a couple seconds at the beginning, and has a couple seconds of the following song at the end (which is annoying when listening on shuffle because it sounds like another song is starting.) Can this be fixed?

If yes, then it seems that the artist management is doing something with it. 🙂
