I can't play Shawn Mendes songs - some of his songs. Pls fix this Spotify. I can't go a day w/o his songs. Thanks!

Could you let us know what exactly is going on on your end with the mentioned songs? Are they greyed out or they're not greyed out, but you still can't play them?

Does it happen on multiple devices with different accounts on different networks?
