My Question or Issue

I’ve already read here that your family mix updates the more often you play it but what does that mean? I’m looking for a general idea of how often. I listen to it once a week and every Friday when I check it again it’s new. It’s been three days since it was played and it hasn’t changed. I’m just looking for a ballpark frequency.

Thank you for posting! We're happy to shed some light on the situation

The Family Mix will update the more each member plays their own music, not the mix itself.

This playlist will update every few weeks, and will contain the music that every user has listened to in their individual accounts.
