Artist doing Spotify exclusive self release

Our next song is ready to release. We are doing a self release through Distrokid (no label involved) and are doing it as a Spotify exclusive. Is there any information that can help me to make sure I do this correctly? I'm assumiing with this being a Spotify exclusive that it would be in our best interest to somehow let Spotify's editors know 🙂

I'd suggest you to get in contact with Spotify Artists by using this form. If I understand you right, then I think it's best to select "I have a promotional inquiry".

Awesome, thank you mate. I was wondering if there are any label relations contacts that I can work with, given we are also the label? I sent an email through the contact form and will eagerly await a response. I am itching to get this track out but just want to make sure it's done right 🙂
