Audiobook playlist empty for Spanish books

My Question or Issue

I am a premium subscriber, and I have my monthly 15 hours of audiobooks, however when I try to listen an audiobook in Spanish, there are no chapter inside it. See screenshot below.

I want to listen the Gunslinger (Dark Tower Book 1) from Stephen King, in Spanish, which Spotify says it is included on premium, but there are no chapters in the playlist.

  (Hold down Ctrl when copying the link to the book and it will turn into the URI)
• The Book's full title:
• The Book's Publisher: 
  (Should be what is written at the end of the book's description)

Book's Author: Stephen King
Book's Publisher: Could not find it in the books information, but based on
the Cover it should be Penguin Random House.
