I want to unblock explicit content

I have a basic plan and I want to listen all the music on my playlists, but a lot of them are explicit. I can't find any switches to allow explicit songs to be played. I've checked on my phone app, phone browser, computer browser, and desktop app.

Censored Release Radar

Why are the songs in Release Radar always censored? There has to be a way to turn this off. I mainly listen to rap so its very inconvenient. Why do I have to go to the artists page manually to hear the actual song?
