Beethoven Symphony No5

Beethoven Symphony No5

The recordings of the Fifth Symphony by (we are told) Simon Rattle, George Szell and Daniel Barenboim all have the same hesitation in the last movement in exactly the same place in the music. I have the CD of the Rattle recording and no such hesitation exists on the CD version. This suggests to me that Spotify is streaming the same flawed file when one selects any of the three mentioned above???

I will appreciate confirmation from anyone interested, and some suggestions that might explain this anomaly.

With thanks.

Steve.

Beethoven does use some rests in that movement.  Are the files the same length of time?  I'm seeing the two Rattle performances I've found from the VPO and from Verbier Festival Chamber Orch are over ten minutes, but Szell with Cleveland orch is about eight and half minutes.  And they sound quite different.
