Best Way to Distribute Entire Discography?

I'm new to distributing music, and I want to distribute all the songs I've published within the past 2 years (around 30 songs) to Spotify. I'm not sure how I should go about it though. I was gonna release them all on the same day, but would it be better to do something else like post a couple a week? I still want the songs to get engagement as if they're new releases.

Edit: I think I'm gonna post like 3-5 songs each Friday in chronological order. Hopefully that works out.
