Canvas not showing on Android

My Question or Issue

I'm experiencing an issue with a Canvas fragment in a Spotify campaign/playlist. When I tap the playlist Canvas area, instead of showing the Canvas fragment message, Spotify opens the track preview screen.

I have confirmed that the Canvas fragment is visible to other users in my region, but it does not appear for me.

Things I have already checked and tested:

▪︎Canvas is enabled in Settings

▪︎Data Saver and Offline mode are OFF

▪︎I cleared the app cache

▪︎I logged out and back in

▪︎I tested on multiple devices (Samsung Galaxy Tab S9, Samsung Galaxy S20+, iPhone 13, 14 Pro Max, even on Web App)

Other fragments from the same campaign are working normally for me

However, the playlist Canvas always opens playlist track previews instead of the Canvas fragment.

Could you let us know where you're based, as well as share a link to the song you don't see Canvas for so we can take a closer look? We also wanted to double-check if we understood you correctly - you've asked other users to check if they see this specific one and they do, or do you mean that you don't see Canvas at all, but other users in your region do?

Note: Canvas isn't supported on tablet devices for the time being, if that's what you're using.
