Captured tracks change title and artist. Windows 7.

My Question or Issue

I'm going for a trip in area without Internet coverage.

Therefore I have a software that captures my songs from Spotify and tags them with artist and title of the song.

All shows correctly in Spotify and also in my capturing program. When I look in the folder where the songs are stored something strange happens. Just after a song has been captured it shows the correct name and title of the song. But just seconds later the information has changed to a completely other name of both artist and song title.

Example:

A song with The Emotions shows up as a song by Maria Carey with a totally different name of the song.

Sometimes the title is correct, but the artist is different.

Sometimes the artist is correct but with a different song.

Sometimes the artist and/or the info is missing and is shown as Spotify Premium.

My playlist has 750 tracks that are captured and 250 of them are unusable as it is now.

This makes me crazy and I hope someone can help me solve this.

Retagging the tracks does not help.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

On another note, what's the software's name?
