[Desktop][Browse] Show dates on Albums as a tooltip when hovering over the year

I miss seeing when an album was released! this seems to be only a feature on mobile (near the bottom of the album listing). On desktop, it'd be nice to be able to see the album release date either near the year or as a tooltip when hovering over the year.

I couldn't agree more! Why isn't this a feature on desktop as well?!

If you hover over the release date in the new 2021 desktop app update or the web player for several seconds, the full release date will show in a popup tooltip. They should just show the full release date by default. The tooltip is slow and small.
