Change name of playlist owner from user to artist

Solved!

Change name of playlist owner from user to artist

Hello, i wanna know how to change the playlist owner (user) with artist name when I link the spotify playlist to artist.

Eg.

Schermata%202018-05-21%20alle%2020.59.49

when i click on Axwell the link bring me to this

Schermata%202018-05-21%20alle%2021.00.41

with my artist profile (verified) i can't do this. The artist owner is my personal profile.

Thank you.

Thanks for letting me know.

Spotify used to merge artist pages with user profiles, allowing the artist to publish playlists directly under their artist name.

Since the launch of Spotify for Artists, it's no longer required to merge them so Spotify has stopped doing that.

Right now, it's expected behaviour that your playlist is published under your personal account, instead of your artist name. I'll pass your feedback onto Spotify about this though.

Hey @Lowshape,

When has your artist page been verified? 🙂

Thank you for the explanation, but I can't understand why spotify did this. 🙂

I hope they step back in the future.
