My Question or Issue

Hello community,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm currently facing an issue while trying to submit a song for playlist pitch on Spotify – specifically, I'm unable to select a City. Despite exploring various workarounds mentioned in a 2019 thread (link provided below), the problem persists.

Considering that this issue was supposedly resolved in the past, I would appreciate it if someone from Spotify could look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The issue continues. No help with using incognito windows, and I have followed all the "steps" linked above. I have 2 days left to submit my song. Is this going to be fixed?

Thanks for posting in the thread!

Could you try using a different device to see if it makes any difference? For example, if you're currently using your phone, you can try from a computer. If possible, you can also try another network connection.

Shouldn't that do the trick, we recommend getting in touch with our Artist Support team, so that they can have a closer look and help you further.
