I'm an old spotify user since it wasn't even launched in India though there are some contents which are not available on spotify but on Apple music, heard of the label deal but label doesn't seems an issue here.

You may be right considering that the label isn’t the issue. The artist(s) could have taken the song away from Spotify for strategic purposes i.e. they want to re-release it when they gain more recognition. There are a plethora of other reasons why they could remove a song from Spotify. You could try reaching out to the artist(s) in the meantime to enquire about why the song was removed.
