My Question or Issue

I need customer Support. I accidentally deleted a track and I want to recover it. I don't know the name of the artist or the title so I was hoping that there would be a way of retrieving recently deleted tracks. I originally wanted to add/ a copy of  this track to another a playlist  but instead it got deleted. Please help me.
