Disappeared Video Message from Billie Eilish

Hi Spotify,

My daughter recently received a personal video message from Billie Eilish in the Spotify app, thanking her for being a fan. She was so excited, but before she could play it or show it to us, the message disappeared.

Is there any way for us to access the video again?

Unfortunately, Spotify doesn’t control nor have a way of showing the video that Billie Eilish has sent after it has been shown. I will make sure to pass your feedback on to the right folks.
