I don't like songs in French. I like a few french artists that their music is instrumental or in English.

How do I tell Spotify to stop flooding me with french artists and music?

You can tell Spotify not to play French artists by clicking the "Don't Like" button in Discover Weekly and Release Radar playlists, thumbs down on radio stations and "Remove" on Daily Mixes.

You can also try out this Spotify survey to tailor your tastes a little. 🙂

In that you'll be given 10 songs which you can rate how much you like them.
