Don't know how to became an Artist on Spotify

Hello Spotify Team & Community. I am a German Producer & DJ and i want to have an artist account on spotify, but i dont know how. I can read everywhere that i have to go to https://artists.spotify.com/c/access/artist but i could not find my account there, because i am not an artist yet. Can you please help me?

As Bittencourt mentioned with the link, Spotify gives you details on how to release your music on Spotify. You will need to release it through a distributor.
