So my sister who lives in Germany bought the family plan premium version with her boyfriend, they want to invite me, but I live in another country, Estonia. Is it possible for me to join them through my facebook account or do I have to make a new one?

Unfortunately, all members of a Spotify Family plan have to live on the same address. I'm afraid you aren't eligible to join their family. Here is some more information on Spotify Family. Let me know if you have any other questions or issues!
