Sorry, looking for an actual answer.

FWIW, it was on Spotify not too long ago. 

I saw some articles about possible reason why that particular song is gone, but want to find out from Spotify why it is gone.

It was available like 10 days ago, no more than that. I know because it was in my daily playlist...
