hot is definetly one of my favourites but spotify is unable to play it no matter how much I  try please help

If the song appears to be grayed out and unplayable, this could be related to it not being available in your country at the moment. This is because the content that gets uploaded to Spotify can vary depending on permissions from right holders. You can find more info here.

If the song isn't grayed out and you still can't play it, you can try performing a clean reinstall of the app as this can help remove any cache that might be causing trouble.
