How can I watch the videos of Trevor Noah's podcast 'What now' from India?

I have been trying to watch the videos of Trevor Noah's podcast - 'What now' for 2 months now but the video is not playing for me or any of my friends here in India. Can't we watch the videos of this podcast in India? If so why? Aren't Spotify podcast videos global? Please make it global 🙏🏼

Could you check if the same happens across devices? If it happens only on a specific device, could you let us know the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of it?

On another note, would you mind asking a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your device to check if they can replicate this?

None of the episodes of the podcast 'What now' in which it has been mentioned as VIDEO is playing for me or any of my friends across India. And both the episodes that you have mentioned are playing only audio not video. Hope this gets resolved 🙏🏼

Yes I tried playing other podcasts like 'The Joe Rogan Experience' and 'Call her daddy' . And I am able to watch the videos of these podcasts. I am not able to watch the videos of Trevor Noah's - 'What now' podcast alone. Kindly resolve this issue 🙏🏼

Could you check if you're able to see the videos of this specific podcast on different devices by logging into your own Spotify account? If it happens only on one device, it'd be great if you could send us the exact make, model, operating system and Spotify version you're currently running on it.

On another note, have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far such as a clean reinstall for example? It helps resolve different issues with the app's performance and includes the steps on how to delete corrupted cache (which can also cause hiccups). 

As you mentioned that some of your friends are experiencing this issue, it'd be very helpful if they could also join the thread here and share some details with us so we can investigate further.

Yes I contacted Spotify customer support last month and they asked me to do everything that you have said. And I did try to log in my account in other devices but it didn't work. I also reinstalled the app and still it didn't work. I created another account and tried it didn't work. Then the Spotify agent gave me the credentials of a test account. In that account I was able to watch the video.

If the issue is about the device or the account none of the video podcasts in Spotify should play right? But other video podcasts are playing for me only one specific podcast is not playing. I am using Redmi Note 13. It's not working in my friend's iPhone too. Also not some of my friends none of my friends in india are able to play this podcast. My Spotify version is 8.9.18.512.

Please provide a solution for this issue 🙏🏼

Were you previously able to play the videos for that specific Podcast?

Bear in mind that the content we have on Spotify varies over time and between countries. If you and your friends can't watch the videos for this Podcast right now, it's most likely because the content is not available in the market at the moment. No worries, this doesn't mean you will never be able to watch them, we add content every day, so if you can’t find/play something, it may appear (or reappear) soon.

No I wasn't able to watch the videos of this specific podcast previously too. Ever since day 1 of this video podcast I have not been able to watch any of the videos of this specific podcast.

Thanks for letting me know that Spotify content varies from country to country.
I'll wait as long as it takes for the videos of this podcast to get enabled in india (hope it gets enabled soon).

Still looking for a solution to this even months after this topic has started. I have watched video for other Podcasts on Spotify like wth with Nikhil Kamat. But What Now with Trevor Noah never even gave me that option. Please fix this soon

It's me again. I understand that we are unable to watch this podcast globally. But may I know when will it be available to 'watch' in India?  It's really hard to watch just the video clips on Instagram posted by Trevor Noah but not the entire podcast on Spotify 😭 Pls do something about this 🙏🏽
