How do I change the Daily Drive playlist? The news changes, but the songs haven't changed.

Premium, USA. Pixel 3XL, Oreo, Android Auto. 

The Daily Drive news changes, but the songs don't. Day in, day out, the SAME music. I'm getting tired of it. How do I refresh or change it?

This issue is still continuing in 2025. I've tried logging out and back in, I've tried clearing my cache, and the handful of Daily Drive songs on my profile have been the same for at least TWO MONTHS. Daily skipping of these songs has made me hate them. Is there not a way to add a "Refresh the songs in this list" capability without ruining the other functions that slot in news/podcast segments? I'm afraid I'll need to abandon Daily Drive altogether.

I logged out, reset anything and everything - and even removed all of my favorited songs (700+) in order to reset the Daily Drive - and although this post is old, I checked yesterday, and it is the same songs, and most of the news is also deprecated. This was my favorite listen - truly, my daily driver - and it is dead. I recommend giving up.

My Question or Issue

I've been hearing the same “Today in History” episode on my daily drive since June — they never change it. Plus, now on several days, the first news stories they play are from September 30th on Onda Cero.
