How do i change download location of music on PC?

So i got 3 disks. The first SSD is C: and i don't use it because it has low storage and usually is used only for main computer stuff(like drivers and other important "don't touch" thingies) and i use D : or E: (External) instead because they got 1 TB each.
Main problem is my C: disk gets full and i made some clearing. But i stuck with a problem that Spotify on my C: weights around 7 GB. 
So i wanted to move it from C: into D : (because it's not external). How can i do it?
I know this feature exists on phones but i don't where it is on PC.
