How does one become a playlist curator for Spotify?

How does one become a curator for Spotify, making playlists to be shared to Spotify users? I am good at making playlists and would like to know what it takes for Spotify to allow you to make playlists for them. There's not much information about this on the internet.

My guess is that is mostly automated. A bot makes them based on a sophisticated algorithm. At the very least it compiles similar songs and related artists for someone to sort through and check for rogue songs.
